Massachusetts bar, 1992. Thirty-four years of child welfare litigation alongside a private family practice — paternity, custody and guardianship — including ten years as a partner at Nasios & Galloway, LLP. In 2017 she finished a Master of Arts in Psychoanalysis at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. She is a daughter of divorce herself, and a divorced mother of two adult sons, which is its own qualification.

Tracy's courtroom is in Massachusetts, and that is where her examples come from — but the Bootcamp is about preparation, not local procedure. The financial disclosure, the documentation habit, the way credibility is built or lost in front of a judge: those are the same in every county in the country. What differs are the forms, the filing fees and the local rules, and you will leave knowing exactly which of those to go and check for your own court.
